I used to spend at least 10k a year on RueLala and sister site Gilt, but will never spend another penny with them. The fact that they willfully sell fake products is disgusting. I purchased 3 Fendi bags from Ruelala last year. The monogram on the bottom seam did not match up and it looked absolutely fake to me. I returned the items and I ended with a 00+ STORE CREDIT.

I was browsing RueLaLa this morning and came across a LV Cabas Amber bag. for 9! It's easily a fake, and I can tell it's made of vinyl (look at the handles). All of the embossings on the bags are not the correct font, and there shouldn't be an embossing on the handles, anyways.
The consumer claimed that the Fendi bag she received was a counterfeit. A Ruelala rep responded on the site saying they would give the individual a refund on the bag. The Ruelala rep insisted, however, that the bag was 100% authentic.
